Eligibility Criteria
ALL criteria must be met in order for a business to nominate in this category.
*Criteria vary for each Award category. All criteria are non-negotiable and will checked.
The nominating business must:
- Build Tiny Houses on skids or foundations that meet all requirements of the National Construction Code and qualify as a Class 1a building.
- Be a current accredited THIA member.
- Have a valid ABN.
- Have been operating in Australia for a minimum of 3 years.
- Not have been subject to bankruptcy, liquidation, administration (either voluntary or involuntary) or legal proceedings resulting in a judgement within the last 5 years.
