Eligibility Criteria
ALL criteria must be met in order for a business to nominate in this category.
*Criteria vary for each Award category. All criteria are non-negotiable and will checked.
The nominating business must:
- Build either Tiny Houses on Wheels OR Granny Flats of under 60m2 that meet all requirements of the National Construction Code and a Class 1a building.
- Be a current accredited THIA member
- Have a valid ABN
- Have been operating as a Tiny House builder for a minimum of 2 years
- Not have been subject to bankruptcy, liquidation, administration (either voluntary or involuntary) or legal proceedings resulting in a judgement within the last 5 years, either personally or professionally
- The home entered must have been completed after August 2023.
